Welcome to Zzzzzuss&Sleep, the holiday apartment belonging to Zuss&COffee, the lively coffee shop on the village square of Koudekerke. The apartment is decorated in Scandinavian style

and has a pitched roof supported by an original exposed beam ceiling. It is a wonderful accommodation for a holiday in Zeeland. Take a long bike ride through the dune area of Dishoek, Valkenisse and Zoutelande or enjoy refreshments on one of the terraces in the nearby towns of Middelburg or Vlissingen. The French balcony offers a view of the village centre. These are all moments that stay with you for a lifetime! 

Accommodation
The house is on one level, but reached via a staircase in the hall. The holiday home has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front and back of the house feature large windows, allowing plenty of light in. The light colours combined with quiet, wooden furnishings create a cosy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. 

The kitchen diner is in the centre of the house. The kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower is in the front of the house.

The two bedrooms are opposite each other. One bedroom is equipped with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm), a cabinet and two night stands. The other bedroom has an authentic single bed (90 x 200 cm), a chair and a table, and offers a beautiful view of the village square. A high chair and a folding cot (60 x 120 cm) are also available.

Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. You can park your car in the village square for free. 

Surrounding area
This holiday apartment is located above a catering establishment in the village of Koudekerke, so a good cup of coffee is never far away. The area is wonderful for long walks and cycling. Just under 10 minutes of cycling will get you to the beach, looking out over the sea. If you would rather spend a day in the city, Middelburg and Vlissingen are nearby. Koudekerke has several supermarkets, a bakery, a clothing store and a bicycle repair shop.

    Het was een fijn en aangenaam verblijf. Het appartement was makkelijk te bereiken en parkeerplek voor de deur. Het appartement was tamelijk nieuw, fris en leuk ingericht en ook heel schoon. De bedden lagen heerlijk. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een kopje koffie door een van de zussen uit zussss& coffee.

    Met eenvoudige middelen en basic dit appartement smaakvol ingericht. Ligt midden in het dorp. Goede parkeergelegenheid. De fietsen konden we beneden in de hal veilig plaatsen. Geluidsisolatie slecht. Het beddengoed was fris maar wel met vlekken.

    Good location, quiet street and free parking outside the prroperty. Room was comfortable, the bathroom was functional and the whole place was clean. In general, we had a good two days and nights, but it could have been better. See below.

    Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in einem kleinen Ort abseits des ganzen Tourismus. Mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten in Middelburg. Die Eigentümerinnen betreiben unterhalb der Wohnung ein Café, das man auf jeden Fall auch besuchen muss, lohnt sich. Kleiner Nachteil ist der späte Check-In und sehr frühe Check-Out.
