This comfortable holiday home, big enough for the whole family, is in the family seaside resort of Nieuwvliet-Bad along the coast of Zeelandic-Flanders. It is the perfect base for a beach holiday, cycling, hiking and day trips to popular locations in Belgium. Relax, enjoy and create wonderful memories.

Accommodation
The living area of this playful and modern holiday home has a sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. The living room is a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy watching TV together? With an extensive range of TV channels and a DVD player, you can watch the best films and programmes with the whole family. If you prefer playing games, there is a cupboard with games in the living room, so find something fun! You can also eat outside or inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue— the choice is yours! The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster.

The ground floor also has a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and blackout window coverings. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with a mirror, storage cabinet and towel radiator. There are two more bedrooms in the loft. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single high sleeper (90x200 cm) with a workplace underneath. Ideal for working remotely or as a craft spot for the children. You can relax in the sunny garden while the children play happily on the lawn. The garden is sheltered and fenced, which is great for privacy and the safety of your children. There is an electric awning over the entire width of the terrace. Can you picture the long summer evenings? You can park two cars outside the house and store your bicycles in the brick shed (approx. 6 m2). You can also charge electric bicycles here.

Surrounding area
The accommodation is located in a park with lots of greenery. The park has a playground for the children, and you can get fresh rolls from the bakery (50 metres away). The beach with two welcoming beach pavilions is just 150 metres from the house. The Verdronken Zwarte Polder nature reserve is also nearby. Fossil shark teeth are regularly found here—a fun activity to do with kids! If you are looking for a unique way to explore the area, there are two companies that rent out bicycles, Solex mopeds and scooters within walking distance.
