Located just 2 minutes walk from the cozy center and 5 minutes from the ski area, you combine convenience with tranquility here. The absolute highlight? The breathtaking sunrise above Oversum that you can admire from your own balcony.

Accommodation: Comfortable home with balcony and complete kitchen

The comfortable living room invites you to relax on the comfortable corner sofa while enjoying your favorite program on the flat-screen TV. The dining area with four chairs is perfect for cozy meals, which you can easily prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need here: a cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and even a toaster for your morning sandwich. For coffee lovers, there's a filter coffee maker, and tea fans can use the kettle.
After a day full of activities, you can unwind in the bedroom, equipped with a generous double bed (180x200cm) and ample storage space in the spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, sink, and toilet.
