Fancy a breath of fresh sea air? This apartment is less than 100 meters from the beach, so you can have your feet in the sand within minutes. At the same time, it’s on the edge of Zoutelande’s center, with shops and restaurants just around the corner.
The apartment is compact and suitable for two people, or two with a baby. No frills, just a pleasant place that delivers what it promises. Perhaps you’ll start your day with coffee on the balcony while looking over the village and dunes. And in the evening? You’ll hear the sea in the background. This is one of those places where you don’t plan anything in the morning, and the day unfolds naturally.
Accommodation: Compact, fully equipped apartment on the second floor with balcony and terrace on both sides
The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and offers a beautiful, wide view of the village and dunes.
The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, and dining table with four chairs. A comfortable spot to eat together, make plans, or catch up after the day. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are provided.
Here, you can start the day together at the dining table and finish it just as easily with a good conversation or a game.
The open kitchen is practical and equipped with a 4-burner stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and coffee machines (Dolce Gusto and filter coffee). So it’s easy to make your first coffee of the day before heading to the beach.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe – a comfortable spot to end the day after a walk on the beach.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and towel radiator: freshen up and you’re ready for another day by the sea.
Outside, you have not one, but two lovely spaces: a balcony (5 m²) and a terrace (9 m²). In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun here. Perhaps this will become your regular spot for a good book or a long summer evening. If you think a compact apartment feels small, the views here will surprise you with their sense of spaciousness.
Traveling with a little one? A foldable baby cot (60x120 cm) and high chair are available.
You have one private parking space at the building. Additional parking is available on the street with a permit. There is a bike storage area, convenient if you want to explore the surroundings. Please note there is no charging point for electric cars, and pets are not allowed.
