Enjoy outdoor living on the lounge set or at the picnic table and let the children play in the playhouse or on the trampoline. The park where this holiday home is located offers various facilities (for a fee), including a swimming pool and bowling alley. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and the beautiful Waterdunen nature reserve is your backyard. The village of Breskens is also within easy reach, just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Accommodation
You'll feel right at home in this cozy holiday home. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable lounge sofa by the fireplace and smart TV. Are you a bookworm? Then browse through the large vintage cabinet, you might discover a new favorite. Adjacent to the seating area is a dining table with room for 6 people. The dishes are within reach in the cabinet behind it. The corner kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. You'll find a cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. For your daily cup of coffee/tea, there's a Nespresso machine and a kettle available.
The first bedroom is also on the ground floor. This room has a double bed with two separate mattresses (90x200cm), a desk with chair, and a wardrobe. Through the French doors, you step right into the spacious garden.
The luxurious bathroom on the ground floor leaves nothing to be desired. You'll find a double walk-in shower (one of which is a rain shower), a bathtub, toilet, sink with storage space, and a lovely bathtub to relax in.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms: A cozy room with a single bed and a small desk. A more spacious room with a bunk bed (90x200cm) with pull-out bed (90x200cm), a single bed (90x200cm), two built-in wardrobes, and extra storage cabinets. In the last bedroom, there's a double bed (180x200cm) and two built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms have blackout window coverings.
There's also a bathroom on this floor, equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, and a sink with storage space.
The spacious garden is a wonderful place to spend time. Although east-facing, you can enjoy the sun here almost all day. Only around 8:00 PM in the summer months does the sun disappear from the garden. There's a terrace with lounge sofas and a picnic table, sheltered by a shade cloth for sunny moments. Further in the garden, you'll find an extra lounge set. The garden is mostly grass, ideal for children to play. There's even a fun play equipment and a trampoline present.
For families with small children (up to 2 years), there's a foldable baby cot (60x120cm) and a high chair available. The stairs are secured with a stair gate. There are also some toys and games available. Do you have one or two pets? They can come along on vacation as two pets are allowed in this house.
There's ample free parking at the property. It's possible to charge electric cars. Bicycles can be stored under the awning of the garden shed or inside if needed. There's also power available for charging e-bikes (using an extension cord).
In the garden shed, you'll find extra garden items such as a parasol and sun loungers. For added convenience, there's a washer/dryer available, so you can do laundry during your stay.
