From the small town of Nieuwvliet, you are also quickly in cozy places like Cadzand, Breskens, Sluis, Knokke, and Bruges. Ideal for an unforgettable vacation!

Accommodation
Welcome to this tastefully decorated holiday home. The living room, with its playful layout, offers not one, but two seating areas. On one side you can enjoy a cozy movie night, while the other corner is the perfect place to immerse yourself in your favorite book. The seating area by the television is equipped with a cozy corner sofa and a coffee table. On the other side of the ground floor is the second seating area, which also has a spacious sofa and two separate armchairs. Thanks to the large windows, you enjoy a beautiful view of the garden in both spaces.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, connects all living spaces. Here you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal: a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. For your coffee or tea moments, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle are available. Opposite the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for six people, where you can also enjoy the view of the garden through the large sliding doors.

On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom, complete with double sink, walk-in shower with rain shower, extra storage space, and a toilet. Towels can be dried on the design radiator.

The bedroom on the ground floor offers a magnificent view of the garden from the double bed (180x200cm). Next to the bed, you will find nightstands with bed lighting and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a desk for those who want to work undisturbed.

The other two bedrooms are reached via the open staircase in the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) with bed lighting on both sides and various cabinets where you can store all your luggage. The second bedroom has a unique look & feel due to the high sloping roof and the skylights in it. The room is decorated with a nautical touch and is equipped with two single beds (90x200cm), there are storage bins for brought items, and a cabinet to store some luggage. On the first floor, there is also a second bathroom with a lovely bathtub with the option to shower (shower screen available), also a double sink with ample storage space, and a second toilet.

The garden (1200m2) is an oasis of peace. You enter the garden through the sliding doors on two sides in the living room, from where you step directly onto one of the two terraces: one terrace (10m2) offers a spacious dining table with seating for six people and a parasol, while the other terrace (15m2) is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and a large parasol. The rest of the garden is equipped with grass, various shrubs and trees, relax chairs, and two sunbeds, and is completely fenced for extra privacy.

In the hallway on the ground floor, you will find a vacuum cleaner and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet, bringing the total to three toilets in the house. For the little ones, there is a foldable baby cot (60x120cm), a high chair, and some toys (games). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Any brought or rented bicycles can be stored dry under the carport, and there are two parking spaces on the property. If you come with more cars, there is a grass field further down the street for extra parking.

Surrounding Area
The holiday park offers various facilities and activities for young and old. For the children, there are multiple play meadows and a fun playground where they can entertain themselves for hours. Want to go out together? Then rent bicycles at our bike rental, where children's bikes are also available. The park also has a bakery for fresh rolls and delicacies. For an extensive meal, you can visit the restaurant with a terrace. Here you can also throw a ball on the bowling lanes. Horse riding enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the riding school, which is just 300 meters from the park. But you don't have to go far for a refreshing swim either. At 700 meters away is a large swimming paradise where you can swim, slide, and splash for a fee. In the vicinity, you will also find a summer supermarket for all your daily groceries and a pizzeria for a quick bite. Want to explore the park or the surroundings in a unique way? Then rent an e-golf cart, e-solex, e-scooter, e-mountain bike, or e-cabby at RENT& JOY, located on our large parking lot.

This accommodation is located in Nieuwvliet, a charming village situated on the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. For the active ones, there is a walking route of 2.5 kilometers and a special equestrian route. Children can enjoy themselves at Speelboerderij Pierewiet, where they can play both indoors and outdoors. In the historic center of Nieuwvliet-Dorp, you will find nice shops for clothing and souvenirs and various restaurants such as De Vijf Weeghen and Piazza Italian Kitchen, both of which have a fun children's playground.

The beach of Nieuwvliet-Bad is a must-visit. From this accommodation, you are within a few minutes with your feet in the sand. With wide beaches and shallow waters, it is ideal for children. There are also fun beach pavilions such as Woest and the Boekanier. For nature lovers, the Verdronken Zwarte Polder is a must-see. This nature area is home to various plants and animals and offers beautiful landscapes. And for bird lovers, there is Natuurpark Het Zwin, where you can spot unique bird species. Just 2 km away lies the picturesque village of Groede. This village with nice streets and restaurants, including a Bib gourmand, also has a small theater and a Play and Bunker Park. In addition to culture and history, Groede is known for its beautiful nature. Take a walk through Waterdunen, a unique tidal area where fresh and salt water meet. This area is also a paradise for bird lovers and offers beautiful routes for both walkers and cyclists. 

Breskens has a large marina, as well as a fishing harbor. The fishing boats sailing over the Westerschelde bring fresh fish ashore weekly. You really must taste this fresh catch! In the harbor, around the quay, you can fully enjoy delicious fish restaurants. Here you can enjoy a fantastic lunch or dinner, and in good weather, you can enjoy an extensive wine list or a refreshing cold beer on the terrace. But also directly in the harbor, you can get acquainted with the fresh, smoked, cooked, or fried fish from one of the many fish vendors. Breskens also offers numerous activities. Visit the Fisheries Museum, for example, and learn more about the sea, fishermen, and the special catches of fossils, shells, and other sea treasures. You can also admire sharks, seahorses, flatfish, and more in the aquarium. And if you want to travel from Zeeuws-Vlaanderen to Walcheren without the long car ride? Then take the Westerschelde Ferry. In good weather, it is wonderful to stay on the deck, and inside you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. 

In Sluis, you can enjoy shopping. The cozy shopping streets are filled with nice boutiques and countless restaurants. And the great thing is: as the only municipality in the Netherlands, the shops in Sluis are open 364 days a year! In the summer, there are also fun evening markets that are definitely worth a visit. So whether you are looking for a new outfit or just want to browse around, Sluis is the right place for you. Fancy a city trip to a larger city? The Belgian cultural and shopping cities of Knokke and Ghent are just 15 km or half an hour's drive away from your accommodation. And if you like delicious and exclusive dining? Enjoy an evening out at a high level in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, where you will find surprisingly many Michelin-starred restaurants. Three of them even boast one or more Michelin stars.
