Description
This apartment in the small-scale complex Vista Maris, in the headland of Sint-Annaland, is located on the ground floor. The garden offers you stunning views of the Oosterschelde estuary where the occasional sailing boat appears on the horizon. From the balcony, you gaze out on the cosy harbour and the two beautiful old-fashioned Zeeland windmills characteristic of picturesque Sint-Annaland. At this beautiful site, you can breathe in the fresh sea air and relax while listening to the rustling of the wind, the waves lapping on the shore and the cries of the seagulls.  

Accommodation
Via the stairwell or lift in the central hallway, you enter the apartment hallway and emerge into the bright, attractively furnished living space divided into a living room and an open kitchen. The sitting area is cosily arranged around the television with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and accessories with nautical features.

The open kitchen features a large, robust table with seating for six. The sleek and stylish kitchen is fully equipped. With the hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, you can craft the tastiest dishes in no time even in your own holiday home. You can always make yourself a refreshing cup of coffee or tea, whether you are indoors, in the garden or on the balcony, with the Nespresso coffee machine and the kettle. 

The accommodation features two bedrooms, each located on a different side of the apartment. That means you can choose which view you would most like to see as soon as you wake up. The seaside bedroom, next to the living room, features a double bed with two separate mattresses (160x200cm / 2 x 80x200cm), two bedside tables with lights and a wardrobe. Although the windows have blackout curtains, you would almost certainly leave them open because, from your bed, you look out directly across the Oosterschelde, a unique experience! This bedroom and the living room give you direct access to the north-facing garden with garden furniture and overlooking the Oosterschelde estuary.

The harbour-side bedroom is next to the open kitchen and has a double bed with two separate mattresses (180x200cm / 2 x 90x200cm), two bedside tables with lights, a wardrobe and a television. From the bedroom and kitchen, you step onto a balcony (17.4 m2) with garden furniture for six overlooking Sint-Annaland's harbour. With a south-facing location, this balcony guarantees wonderful opportunities to soak up the sun. 

The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower (with rain shower and separate shower head) and a washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The toilet with hand basin is located outside the bathroom. 

For the little ones, there is a (foldable) cot (60x120cm) and a highchair. There is a washing machine in the basement closet and a storage room with a power socket in the basement of the apartment complex for storing bicycles, for example. The apartment also includes a single parking space. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Surrounding area

With the Oosterschelde estuary a stone’s throw away, you are unmistakably on holiday in the Zeeland countryside. This unique location gives you a sense of peace and freedom with the panoramic sea views, but with the pretty village of Sint-Annaland in walking distance the main amenities are within easy reach. With shops, a supermarket, sports facilities and cafes and restaurants, you do not have to travel far for your needs. The area offers endless activities for hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. Discover special nature reserves, such as Krabbenkreek, Rammegors and Slikken van de Heen.

      Een ruime accomodatie, op een prachtige ligging. We hebben goed kunnen uitrusten en uit kunnen waaien.

      Fantastisch mooi aangekleed appartement. Alles voldoet aan de wensen en de foto’s zijn exact zoals de werkelijkheid. Leuk ontvangst pakketje met wat ‘basisbehoefte’ en een heerlijk biertje van een Zeeuwse brouwer. Eigen parkeergelegenheid is fijn en het in/uitchecken is erg eenvoudig. Ik raad dit verblijf daarom ook zeer zeker aan!

      Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. - war sauber, schöne Einrichtung und besonders die beiden Balkone/Terasse ein tolles Highlight...schöner Ausblick aufs Wasser.. kostenloser parkplatz direkt am Haus sehr gut...

      Strandnähe (jedoch sehr klein und schmutzig) Fahrradwege vorm Deich u das Knotenpunktsystem (leider gab es aber sehr viele Baustellen u unschöne Umleitungen) Abstellraum für Fahrräder (jedoch feucht u muffig) Tolle Küchenausstattung (uns hat nur der Toaster gefehlt), Aufzug für die Koffer (nur hat er bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht funktioniert).
