A very important and essential part of this phase is filling out the registration form. Without this form, we cannot start the onboarding process.
Why is this form so important? We create an enthusiastic text that puts your property in the spotlight. We want to highlight all features and peculiarities to give potential renters a realistic picture.
You, as the owner, know the property like no other. We then need the information from this registration form to quickly and best market the property.
At Welcome in, every holiday home has a unique story that our guests will discover during their stay. That's why we also ask you to tell us something personal about your property. We place this information separately in the property description.

Wonderful, relaxing in your own holiday accommodation! We understand that you want to enjoy it from time to time. Let us know when you want to use it, and we will block those periods for you. This way we prevent double bookings. Simply fill out the form with your planned stay. Soon you will be able to arrange this yourself via the owner login.
And are there already existing bookings for your holiday home? These are bookings accepted by you or another party as a reservation. No problem! Let us know and we'll transfer them to our planning board.
