If Welcome's housekeeping team has any questions, they can come to you. You actively participate in cleaning, ensure that housekeeping staff can do their job properly, and are the permanent contact for the service manager.
How many employees you manage depends on how busy it is; no two days are the same. You maintain an overview, plan smartly, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
How you make a difference
You check the vacation homes and ensure that everything is perfect: thoroughly cleaned, everything in its place, and everything working as it should. You report any defects to the service department so that they can be resolved quickly. You also keep an eye on stock levels and ensure that the warehouse remains tidy and organized. On changeover days, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. You are the link between the team, the service manager, and the technical department.
Everything else you need to know
Your work schedule:
- Monday and Friday (and Saturday) are our most popular shift days, so we could really use your help then. Are you available on other days? Please let us know!
- Once every 14 days on Saturday: this way, you can enjoy working occasionally on the weekend, but you also have enough free time because you have another day off during the week.
- Your working day starts at 9:15 a.m., and we will discuss together what time you will finish.
- Public holidays and Sundays are generally days off. In some cases, however, you may be required to work on a public holiday.
- We will agree together which working days will be your regular days, so that this job fits perfectly into your schedule.
Once every eight weeks, you will be on emergency duty. You will then be available by phone from Monday to Saturday between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. If something goes wrong, you will solve it. That's no problem for you; you keep a cool head and know exactly what to do.
We ask you to be flexible and occasionally work on a different day, for example on Thursday instead of Monday. This will always be done in consultation with you.
Our ideal colleague is:

- In possession of a driver's license and their own transportation.
- Someone with at least 2 years of experience in cleaning.
- Preferably has experience as a site manager, foreman/woman, or supervisor.

- β¬18.83 gross per hour.
- Compensation for being on call for emergency services: β¬75 per week (extra hours worked are compensated with time-for-time 200%).
- 8% vacation allowance, travel allowance, pension plan (>18).
- 25 vacation days with a full-time contract.
- Initially a one-year contract, which will be converted to a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied.
