We are so confident in our rental concept that we promise you a return guarantee for the first year of our partnership. We believe that during the guarantee period, we can generate more gross rental revenue for you than in the 12 months prior to the collaboration.

If you are not convinced after a year, you will receive a full commission refund*. It's that simple!

We work with ten different price periods linked to busy times. Popular times like holidays have higher prices, while typical quiet weeks have lower prices

Which rental package is right for you?

We offer two service packages: Rental Service and Full Service. Do you enjoy interacting with your guests and like to be actively involved with your vacation home? Then Rental Service is suitable for you. Prefer to delegate most of the work? Then Full Service is the right choice.

With our Rental Service package, the rental of the accommodation is our responsibility, and you can log in day and night to track your home's online performance through a convenient mobile dashboard. From the moment your visitor inserts the key, you are responsible for your guests' stay.

Full Service

We take care of everything for you! Renting out a vacation home involves a lot, and we understand that better than anyone.

With our Full Service package, our dedicated team takes care of everything, both in and around your home, down to the last detail. This means top occupancy, returns, unlimited use of your own home, and more free time for you!
