With the sound of the sea in the background, you wake up in this beautiful holiday home. From here, you are just a few steps away from the dune crossing that leads you to the beach with the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. Welcome to our stylish apartment in the picturesque Zoutelande, a place where the tranquility of the Zeeland coast is combined with convenience, as all the essential amenities that the lively village center has to offer are within walking distance of your accommodation.

Accommodation
In this ground floor accommodation, furniture hasn't just been placed randomly; an interior plan has been devised to create a perfect unity and tranquility. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the colors to the textures, to create a pleasant and harmonious environment. Feel right at home and enjoy the perfect balance in this lovely apartment! Upon entering through the entrance, you step directly into the complete kitchen with a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, and kettle. The living room is tastefully furnished with a relaxing 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, and a coffee table where you can relax by the television with additional storage space underneath. The dining area contains a cozy corner bench, two separate chairs, and thus offers space for 4 people.

From the living room, a small hallway leads to the other rooms of the accommodation. The bright bedroom is equipped with a spacious box spring with a top mattress (180x210cm) for a good night's sleep. In the headboard, there are lights and nightstands on either side of the bed, handy for your book or phone. The lovely dressing table with mirror and extra chest of drawers is wonderful for getting ready for a new day of vacation.

The bathroom is compact but very comfortable and with a nice shower, toilet, and sink with storage space and a practical heated mirror fully equipped. For the ultimate relaxation during your well-deserved vacation, there is even a private sauna at your disposal. For babies/children up to 2 years old, there is a travel cot available in the apartment. Pets are also welcome, with space for two pets. If you are looking for a lovely spot to enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening, then our southwest-facing terrace is really something for you. Here you can linger with a lively view of the surroundings. The comfortable seating chairs invite you to relax, and in the summer months, a nice sunshade provides the necessary shade on warm days. There is one free parking space at the accommodation, and for visitors, there is a parking space nearby (for a fee). Cycling enthusiasts can store their bikes in the non-lockable bike shed. Let the holiday adventure begin!

After a warm day or a refreshing walk in the fall or winter, there is nothing more delightful than relaxing on one of the cozy terraces. For action enthusiasts, Zoutelande offers a range of water sports activities, from kite surfing to sailing, there's something for everyone. And for those who prefer to take it easy, there is the option of playing a round of mini-golf or renting a bike to explore the surroundings. The nature around Zoutelande is breathtaking, regardless of the season. The dunes are not only visually stunning but also provide shelter to various bird species. Take a walk through the greenery and be surprised by the rich flora and fauna. Zoutelande and its surroundings have a rich cultural history. Visit the characteristic lighthouse or one of the museums that take you through Zeeland's history. In the summer months, markets and events are regularly organized, where you come into contact with local products and traditions.
