Situated in a quiet part of the centre, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants Welcome to Zuid aan Zee! This holiday home is located 100 meters from the beach in Zoutelande. Live like a local! Enjoy a break in heart of Zoutelande and rub shoulders with the locals. You can park on the private driveway. Inside, on the ground floor, are the hall, toilet, bathroom with shower, toilet with hand basin, the living room and open kitchen. The seating area has an LCD Smart TV with a separate Wi-Fi speaker for music. In the kitchen you’ll find a combi microwave, four-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. French doors open from the living room onto the terrace. This fenced (front) garden boasts a garden table and chairs with cushions and a parasol. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes under the slanting attic roof. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The house is child-friendly, and is equipped with a cot, high chair and stair gate. Both bedrooms are large enough for the cot.
