Are you in for a unique experience where comfort, nature and coziness come together? This studio is located next to an atmospheric tea room, a beautiful picking garden and a small-scale campsite. The tea room next door is the perfect place for a relaxing cup of coffee or tea with something tasty, a delicious lunch or maybe a beer or wine in the afternoon. From this place, the sea of flowers will not escape you either, take a walk through the adjacent picking garden. Here you can pick a beautiful bouquet of varied flowers yourself for your accommodation during the summer months. A relaxing activity that is fun for the whole family.

Accommodation
Upon entering this studio, the high sloping roof immediately stands out, which provides a wonderful spacious feeling. The large windows provide a pleasant incidence of light and give you the feeling of being one with the outside world. The impressive photo wallpaper of flowers is a nice nod to the picking garden that you can visit in the summer.
The studio is practically arranged and offers everything you need on the ground floor level. At the rear of the studio you will find a cozy living area with a sofa, coffee table and television and a view of the private garden.

The kitchen may be small, but it is fully equipped. From a hob, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment to a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a kettle, you have everything at hand to prepare a delicious meal. And with the table and chairs opposite the sofa, you can enjoy cozy dinners together.

The sleeping area, which due to the layout as a studio is in the same space as the living area and the kitchen, has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with separate mattresses (90x200cm) for a good night's sleep. From the bed you also have a view of the television so you can watch TV from your bed. There are two bedside tables and bedside lamps. In the spacious wardrobe you will find ample storage space for your luggage.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink with storage space, a shower, a separate bathtub and the toilet. A nice place to freshen up after a long holiday day.

In the private garden (15m2), facing south, you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening. Is it too hot? Then the parasol offers a lovely spot in the shade.

A parking space is included with the studio, but there is actually always plenty of space in the parking lot, for example for visitors. For cycling enthusiasts there is a shed where you can safely store bicycles. There is also a washing machine and dryer available at the toilet area of the adjacent campsite, perfect when you are staying longer or want to do a wash in between.

This studio is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Everything is within reach and the tea room, picking garden and private garden offer a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors.

This accommodation can be booked for persons aged 3 years and older. Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for children up to 2 years, because we lack the necessary facilities and space for this.

Although this studio is centrally located on the edge of the village, you still stay in the middle of the greenery. The campsite borders the back, so you have the feeling of being completely away. For all daily necessities, the bakery, supermarket and various local shops in the village of Koudekerke are all nearby. Do you want to seek out the vibrant energy of the city? Then the location of your accommodation is almost adjacent to the maritime city of Vlissingen. The lively boulevard invites you for a wonderful walk, cozy terraces and a beautiful view because there is no other place where the boats sail so close along the coast. Feel like a day of shopping? Then the center of Middelburg invites you to discover all the shops, you can easily spend a day here because the versatile center offers an incredible number of local entrepreneurs with special shops in addition to large retail chains. If you want to recover from a day of shopping, you have a wide choice of cozy restaurants on the Markt in front of the characteristic old town hall. Prefer a day of relaxation on the beach? Just a stone's throw from your holiday home, you will find the extensive beach where you can enjoy long summer days.
